Pendant Medal Mary Lady of Fatima Hand Painted Enameled Miniature in Vermeil Frame w chain - 1930's Rare

Presented here is a rare porcelain medal of our Lady of Fatima, dated 1920 - 1930. It is a hand painted miniature on copper base, then enameled and Kiln fired and inserted in a Vermeil frame.

Origin of the miniature is very probably Portugal. It was framed in the last 10 years with a Vermeil frame.
Vermeil is Sterling silver electroplated with 24 K gold.
The medal represents the Virgin Mary apparition in Fatima to the littele shepherds.

The medal is in excellent condition and it is sold WITH the chain in the picture. The chain is also Vermeil - Gold plated Sterling Silver.

It is a very fine and nice item to wear.

Dimensions of the medal are : 22 x 13 mm or 0.8 x 0.64 in. ( with bail)
