Vintage Sardinian Coral & Sterling Catholic Rosary in Sterling Mesh Purse with Sterling Medal- all Art Nouveau

All Antique and Vintage Rosaries that I list come from my private collection.
They are genuine antiques – older than 100 years – or genuine vintages – from 30 to 100 years old.
All are in perfect condition and still very much usable. They are unique and a real pleasure to collect or still use.

The item in this listing has the following characteristics:

1. 6 mm average diameter Vintage faceted top quality Mediterranean ancient red Coral hand made beads for the Ave Marias. All beads separated by a sterling silver chain. Such Coral is extremely rare and practically unobtainable today.

2. 6 mm, same coral beads for the Pater nosters .

3. Very elegant double sided Sterling Silver Center with the Sacred heart of Jesus on one side and Lady of the Carmel pn the other side .

4. Very beautiful Sterling cross Cross 35 X 20 mm. with Corpus.

5. The rosary is sold with an Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Mesh pouch. The pouch is stamped with the French Silver hallmark of the boar.
The design on the pouch is clearly Art Nouveau. It has a sterling medal with the Sacred Heart of Jesus and fleur de Lys flowers.

6. Total length of the rosary is : 37 cm - 14.8 in . It will not go over the head to be worn -- its weight is 19.5 grams

7. The Sterling mesh purse/pouch weighs 26.6g . It is is pristine condition .


This is an exquisite and valuable item ideal for keeping a rosary constantly by your side and can be also used as a small change purse . Very rare to find.
